Clients and vendors alike showed up the Denver Tech Center Marriott this evening to hear the predictions of the local Denver experts.  This evening’s Real Estate and Economic Forum, presented by the Kentwood Companies, was initiated by Peter Niederman, COO of the Kentwood Companies to help answer the questions that we have all been asking for the past few months.  Are we in a recession?  How is Denver doing compared to the rest of the country?  When will the market recover?  Will the market ever be what it was 3-4 years ago? 

The room was buzzing for almost an hour as people started to pour through the doors.  “The traffic was lined up all the way to Belleview” said one client. 

Channel 4′s Shaun Boyd was there interviewing Erik Davidson from Wells Fargo Private Bank to view his thoughts on recent events in today’s news.  She also interviewed clients to find out why over 1000 people would gather together on a Tuesday evening to hear about Denver’s economy.
