Despite a citywide price decline of 4.5% through October 27, this year compared to last year, two areas demonstrate vigorous appreciation in average condo price paid.*
Capitol Hill, from 6th Avenue to Colfax and from Broadway to Humboldt, is up by 5.1%. This year’s average sold price is $175,405, whereas last year’s was $166,794.
